

Gaozu liquor is produced in Qishan Town, Pei county. Qishan is the only mountain in Peixian county. From the 46th year of Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty (1781) to the 1st year of Xianfeng in the Qing Dynasty (1851), because the Yellow River burst, the county government of Peixian county was set up in Qishan for 70 years. Qishan also has a long history and culture, and is the main birthplace of Han paintings in Peixian county. The biggest feature of Gaozu liquor is that it takes water from Laoshan root spring. It is carefully brewed and scientifically blended with high-quality sorghum, barley, wheat and Wandou as raw materials. It has the advantages of clear and transparent, strong cellar flavor, pure and sweet. It produces more than 20 varieties of high, medium and low-grade Gaozu brand liquor, of which 11 are rated as high-quality products of the Ministry, the province and the city.
