Seoul Park covers an area of 34 hectares, with a building area of 25000 square meters and a total investment of more than 48 million yuan. It is a comprehensive park integrating the essence of classical architecture and modern gardening art. The park consists of more than 20 scenic spots, including five scenic spots, namely, the Han Palace District, the children's game area, the youth entertainment area, the elderly leisure area and the water surface activity area.

Han Palace district is the main scenic area of Seoul Park, covering an area of 35000 square meters. It is mainly composed of Han soul palace, Changle palace, Weiyang palace, Han que, watchtower, corridor, East and west side halls, xianrencheng terrace, Pei palace and side halls. The high and majestic Han soul palace is the main building in the Han Palace District, with a building area of 1920 square meters, a length of 35.4 meters, a width of 26 meters and a height of 24.47 meters. It stands on the thick platform. The first floor is inlaid with bluestone reliefs and engraved with Han stone reliefs; The second floor is "Liu Bang sitting hall", and the wax statues are lifelike. The East and west sides of the Han soul Palace are poetry and donation steles, with a building area of 400 square meters. The front of Changle palace is decorated with a statue of empress Lu, and the north and South are respectively decorated with Mangdang looking for relatives and hanging a curtain to listen to politics. On the front of Weiyang palace, there are seated portraits of Mrs. Bo and Mrs. Qi. On the south, there is Qi Ji Fuqin, and on the north, there is Bo's wife and Godson. The reliefs on the East and west sides of Pei palace reproduce the magnificent historical scenes of Liu Bang's annihilation of Qin in the third year and his Jianchu in the fifth year.

Seoul park has a total of 215 mu of green space, more than 80 kinds of trees, more than 20000 trees, evergreen in four seasons, flowers in three seasons, fresh air and pleasant scenery.
